Located in a reconstructed train depot at 100 Station Square in Bramwell, W.Va., the National Coal Heritage Trail Interpretive Center houses relics and exhibits of West Virginia’s coal history. Here you will find mementos of an era that help West Virginia emerge as a national leader in energy production. Hours of operation are: Monday – Saturday 10am to 5pm; Sunday 11am to 4pm. Closed Christmas and Thanksgiving.

“Those Who Served War Museum” contains artifacts from the Revolutionary War to present day with special emphasis on World War II. The museum is located at 1500 West Main Street in the Memorial Building (across from the Mercer County Courthouse) in Princeton, W.Va. The Museum is open Monday through Friday from 10am until 4pm.
